OPPORTUNITIES ON OCCASION
PALO DURO PRESBYTERIAN CURSILLO
Presbyterian Cursillo is a purposely designed method for renewing the faith of adult individuals and, through the individuals, the environment in which they live and work. "Cursill" (pronounced Kur-se-yo) means a short course in living the Christian faith and is designed to provide a framework for the development of Christians in the local church and in the world. The three day weekend is not designed to convert from unbelief to belief. It is intended for members of the Presbyterian Church (USA) who already have faith and seek continued growth in that faith and commitment. It is the goal of Cursillo to guide participants into closer and more personal relationship with Christ, and to heighten their joy, deepen their faith, and invigorate their life for Christ. Registration forms are available on the literature rack at the church.
THE CRUSILLO REUNION GROUP
The Crusillo Reunion Group is open to all, not just those who have attended a Cursillo weekend. Meeting at 6:00 PM each Tuesday, this group serves as a renewal and accountability gathering.
